In Honor Of The Cornell Cluster...Again...
The Cornell Daily Sun has an excellent article "Who Are Cornell’s Trustees?: A Breakdown by Industry, Position Level", December 3, 2024.
The big question that I would like to pose to each and every member of the the Cornell University Board of Trustees who continue to support what is happening in Cayuga County, NY...what if it was one of your own children who they were feeding upon. Open your eyes and look at the trees within your own forest...
In keeping with the spirit of always trying to turn challenges into positive opportunities, I decided to go ahead and have this cluster of 30 trees planted in honor of the Cornell Cluster the Cornell University Board of Trustees have created and continue to support and protect themselves.
In case any of the members of the Cornell University Board of Trustees would like to share this certificate or have it framed:

May the Grace of Mother Earth shine positive light upon these tree seedlings so they may flourish and hopefully…someday…empower everyone else out there to finally start seeing the trees throughout the forest.
While I remained hopeful that Interim President Michael I. Kotlikoff was going to be able to steady the Big Red Ship…I have lost faith in his abilities now given even more recent news about Cornell University. Perhaps Mr. Kotikoff took the time to look at some of the reports I provided to the Cornell University Office of Institutional Equity and Title IX, the Cornell University Audit Office, the Cornell University Police Department, and of course information provided to the Cornell ILR School – Yang Tan Institute and Northeast ADA Center, and Cornell University Facilities and campus Services. I made an offer to provide this information to the Cornell University Board of Trustees, however, I did not nor expected to hear back from them.
All of these players are very familiar with what is going on with Boy Wonder due to the very real and very significant implications that could happen to state and federal funding related to Cornell University’s…inconsistent application of university policy and state and federal laws. That is unless it suits their purposes…upon which there are too many examples to count with that one…
As such, I publicly apologize to the student body at Cornell University for supporting negotiation efforts with Interim President Michael I. Kotlikoff earlier this year when he interim president. I made an error in judgement believing some of his past legacy was going to shine through given what is at stake for the university he has dedicated his professional life. He has proven himself to be no different than the rest of the senior administration. Therefore, I am no longer supporting Interim President Michael I. Kotlikoff, and as far as I am concerned, he is no different than the legal professionals in Cayuga County…and what a coincidence that Title IX has a role to play there too…but at least I am having some trees planted in their memory as well.
However, I am not going to apologize to the guilty parties at Cornell University and Cayuga County for not meeting your expectations and missing out on my 55th birthday this year like you are were very much banking on…literally. I am sure the letter you so gleefully accepted and used to justify your behaviors and actions gave you the courage to try to pull off what you were intending to do to me. Unfortunately for you, I have some friends in high places who believed me and what I was saying and knew about the GOOD things I have been trying to do and in exchange…allowed me to share the great news with you!
Rather than wasting time encouraging students to support Interim President Michael I. Kotlikoff, instead I am going to continue Supporting Autism Justice in Memory of Daniel Leubner…and would encourage the Cornell University students to do the same…and get yourselves a new president.
