Report Abuse Cayuga Website Explained – A Case Study In Community Activism and Seeking Justice

I have finally arrived to the point with enough documentation compiled to provide a better explanation of the ReportAbuseCayuga.com website….which is really a case study in community activism and creative attempt to highlight awareness and seek justice for the very disturbing situation happening within Cayuga County related to an established drug dealing operation that is supporting a known child molestation ring. These efforts are also known and being supported by the administration at Cornell University which has been effectively using violations of Title IX and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies in order to protect those within the administration who have knowledge of these activities, including continuing to withhold criminal information as well as ongoing attempts at the defamation of my character in order to discredit me and prevent law enforcement from taking appropriate action.

As such, I am seeking an attorney with experience in Title IX and civil rights violations to pursue action against Cornell University as well as the corruption prevalent within Cayuga County, NY and the very unethical legal system. I have a substantial amount of documentation compiled over the last couple of years, including a timeline of events, actions, and formal reports submitted to various NYS agencies. If there is an attorney out there who has the expertise needed to take on this case(s), which will likely result in at least one class action lawsuit, as well as addressing wrongful convictions due to substantial unethical conduct and practices by the legal system within Cayuga County, then please feel free to message me.

Another case related to what is happening in Cayuga County, NY with many of the same unethical lawyers and judges has it’s roots in the Daniel Leubner Case which is coming up on its 25th anniversary of Daniel Leubner’s death. This case involves the death of a 13-year-old autistic son. The case files are reposted from the child’s father website with whom I have been in communication. The situation that I am currently trying to expose through the corruption and unethical / potentially criminal activities being undertaken in Cayuga County, NY are very much related as many of the same unethical legal professionals are involved in both cases.

In addition to dealing with my own personal nightmare, the ReportAbuseCayuga.com website is really a case study in community activism and seeking justice….not just for me, but for the abused children and families who have been subjected to such grotesque abuse that is thriving within Cayuga County. There are connections to what is happening within Cayuga County as well as Cornell University as there is documented evidence of the extent of this corruption and unethical / potentially criminal behavior related to the personal nightmare that I continue to be subjected to in full force in order to prevent me from exposing the truth about what is going on. I have diligently been collecting information on this situation for a few years now and slowly putting the pieces together and just recently finally obtained some information I have been waiting for…in order to tie the pieces together. I have submitted all of the files and reports to the Office of the New York State Attorney General Whistleblower Portal as a follow up to my recent reports to the Office of the New York State Attorney General in relation to Public Corruption Bureau and the Charities Bureau (for non-profits such as Cornell University). If there are any ambitious and energetic lawyers out there looking to take part in all of the fun, then please let me know. Better yet, if there are any national news media organizations that would like some very interesting information, then please contact me as well.

As a side note, my personal involvement in supporting community activism and support of non-profits and charitable organizations goes back even before I began my professional career. I originally started at the local level, primarily supporting charitable organizations such as the Red Cross, Salvation Army, National Bone Marrow Donor Registry, and others…and then gradually expanded more into environmental causes and education as I began my academic career at Indiana University. I have fought for causes and supported various charitable organizations throughout my entire life. While I do not have any children, I have made it a priority in my life to do what I can to support various efforts such as educational programs, charitable donations, participating in career days, serving in mentoring roles, etc., especially to help support children and young people as they are our future leaders. I have also personal experience related to child abuse that I suffered at the hands of two of my cousins and have made it a priority in my life to combat this type of abuse when I come across it. The very disturbing and grotesque situation with the organized child molestation ring in Cayuga County being fully supported by these drug dealing operations, which is being supported by Cornell University’s documented abuse of Title IX and DEI policies…and is something that I will continue to fight against regardless of the personal or professional costs to me. I continue to be subjected to unethical legal tactics and have received threats to my physical safety…from someone I used to love…if I continue to expose what is going on within Cayuga County. However, these clowns fail to recognize that you cannot threaten or intimidate someone who is not afraid to die. As such, I will continue moving forward until someone in law enforcement does something or someone else steps in to put an end to this. Cornell University has the ability to do this through the criminal information they continue to withhold under the guise of Title IX and DEI policies…at my expense…but this is not going to work and as such I present this case study and explanation of the ReportAbuseCayuga.com website.

Since the development of this website last year, I have repeatedly shared with various law enforcement and other NYS agencies information about the website, what the purpose was, as well as what the specific webpages were designed for. The website was originally intended as a community portal and to encourage people to report abuse, in hopes that some of the missing pieces of the puzzle I was trying to solve could get reported and resolve this situation. As I continued moving forward with development of the website and continued with my own reporting, I started realizing that what I thought may have been a defined situation isolated to a small group of people….ended up uncovering an extensive network of corruption and an organized effort to protect individuals who were at the center of these illegal activities. Then through the continued unethical legal maneuvering going on and my systematic uncovering of the various players involved, the website itself began to change. A key feature in the initial development was to set the website up such that it was best viewed on a computer or laptop screen….knowing that these drug dealers and child molesters relied more on using their phones to surf the internet. This allowed me to continue posting information as I was collected key pieces and not to cause what ended up happening after I start uncovering key information – which was a concerted effort at the defamation of my character to discredit my work with law enforcement. However, by the time this had occurred, I had began filing enough reports and documenting the situation to the point that I was systematically uncovering and identifying those people and organizations who had full knowledge versus those who were involved to some degree, but not necessarily fully participating due to lack of knowledge of the overall picture. However, once this information of what they were unwittingly (to some degree) participating in…came to light…then there was an aggressive effort to come after me using numerous unethical / potentially criminal tactics…again to discredit me and in the words of a former sweetheart…”to destroy me”. Seriously, I have texts and emails with those words…on top of threats to my physical safety. Fun stuff, but it has not deterred me.

The original concept of the community portal was due to the fact that as I was trying to navigate my own personal nightmare and legal situation, I kept coming to the conclusion that while New York State and local law enforcement agencies did have mechanisms to report various abuse and there was substantial information out on the internet in terms of reporting procedures, rights and responsibilities, and various support resources, these resources were scattered all over the internet and it took me a substantial amount of time to find this information. All I kept thinking about while doing this homework for my own situation was…how are all of these people who may not be as savvy with a computer or doing research like I was, especially lower income families upon whom many of these unethical legal professionals were preying upon. How could they possibly find out this information without getting frustrated and giving up…and in the end….becoming more victimized by these same unethical legal professionals and corrupt government officials? When you dig deep enough into how the Cayuga County government and legal system is set up, at first glance the connections are not apparent as they have been running these operations for some time. However, once you are caught into the full cycle and fight back like I have been…it becomes very apparent in terms of which lawyers get which cases and how the ever-present public defender defending what is in the best interest of the corrupt legal system. I have first-hand experience and hard evidence to prove this. An entire article could be written on just my experience related to this one aspect alone. As time went on, the website transitioned from a community portal to a website designed to piece the connections together and expose what was going on with this very grotesque and disturbing situation happening within Cayuga County.

Because I still realized the value of having a community portal, I have been working on a template in order to create a “report abuse” for each of the New York State Regions, including securing the domain names for these websites. Most of the reporting links on these webpages to the various New York State agencies are the same, however, there are different reporting links by each county, as well as the different judicial districts. Over the long-term, I am hopefully that once each of these websites have been created – which will not be too hard once the template is finished…that perhaps NYS will come up with a better, unified reporting system for such abuse. As I expected going through the process involved with my own personal nightmare, a key gap in the process was that there are numerous places in the reporting process that unethical “gatekeepers” can forward or prevent information from flowing. A perfect example of this in my situation is with the orchestrated “meat grinder” incident in which I was physically attacked and had to defend myself, the lawyer who was originally going to be the attacker’s civil attorney, was reassigned to be the minor son’s law guardian of this same drug dealing father who attacked me. I did not realize this at the time and had been providing criminal information to this law guardian about the drug dealing father….but that information never made it to the judge…who is related to this law guardian. This law guardian also did not follow through on NYS Mandated Reporting involved this drug dealing around the minor son and also went out of his way to discredit me and followed through with defamation of my character to the school principal who I had also been providing information too. Of course, this law guardian did this…he was going to be the drug dealing father’s attorney for a civil suit…what a sweet deal huh? There are numerous other documented examples of these types of unethical behavior and tactics including those implemented by people in the administration of Cornell University who handle Title IX issues…well documented. It took a substantial amount of time and an immense amount of pain and suffering to collect and compile this information, and continue to document and submit to various agencies…however, the general consensus has been to push me back to the same organizations that I was reporting on…because it was stated it fell under the corrupt organization’s jurisdiction. A classic case of “its not my job and not my problem”. I continue to be dumbfounded how these law enforcement agencies willingly turn a blind eye to this drug dealing which is supporting this child molestation ring and there are people in the Cornell University administration who are fully aware of what is going on but continue to support those employees who are still gainfully employed at Cornell University….because they (Cornell administrators) are trying to protect themselves from the truth being exposed. Sorry Big Red…but the gig is up with the submittal of all of the files I have to the NYS Office of the Attorney General.

I will only provide a detailed explanation for those webpages on the website that are relevant for the exposure of what is happening as many of the other webpages are part of what will be included with the community portals for reporting. There are other webpages that are posted for various topics. So…in the effort of full disclosure of this very disturbing and grotesque situation….I share with you the explanation of the ReportAbuseCayuga.com website…which after the TRUTH is fully exposed will make for an excellent case study in community activism and seeking justice against the crimes being committed against the children and families of Cayuga County.

She is looking to get out before she gets caught. The Board of Trustees and alumni should demand accountability of this President no different that the other ivory towers that have fallen for the exact same abuse of power and position.

I am still waiting to see how long it’s going to take for the K. Lisa and Hock E. Tan Institute on Employment and Disability to be called to account for their knowledge of what is happening among their employees. At what point do alumni step up to the plate and call for action to stop this documented madness?

a. This webpage continues to be updated and is an attempt to piece together all of the moving parts. I will be making another major update to it again shortly to take into account the other reporting I have done since the last update, including the addition of a link to this article. The information will be reorganized now…according to the timeline of the 310+ files I have pulled together which will hopefully paint the picture even clearer. The picture I am trying to paint with this webpage is what is going on with the unethical legal practices and the criminal activities that are fully being supported and allowed to continue unabated and with free reign and protection. Yes, Cornell University is playing a very large role in the support and protection of the individuals involved in these efforts….as they are Cornell employees and these criminal activities have been repeatedly been made known to Cornell administration. This is also the reason I have continued to try to get the NYS Troopers involved as what is occurring is crossing county lines and involves multiple jurisdictions, however, the easy answer is to simply say it’s a Cayuga County problem and let them deal with it…even though documentation has been provided that clearly shows the drug dealer is fully being protected from questioning, let alone any form of prosecution…by the county legal system. The drug dealing ex-husband and his ex-wife have clearly stated that if he (drug dealing father) is charged…then he will expose everyone else who has their fingers in this sweet pie that has been operating for so long.

This webpage was designed for law enforcement to help provide clues to specific individuals involved, as well as to community members who may have information on specific individuals who they may not realize what other activities these individuals are involved in. I have been sharing the names of the people involved with the clues with the Cayuga County Sheriff, however, no real questioning or requiring these individuals to make sworn statements has occurred. Cornell University is also avoiding and preventing the questioning of these same individuals who have been repeatedly provided documentation regarding their illegal activities.

b. This webpage was also designed for ex-law enforcement and ex-military personnel who are still active in providing community service by seeking out and exposing criminal elements. These people are out there, and I continue to invite them to join the “hunt” in bringing these drug dealers, child molesters, and those who are supporting them…to justice.

Upon doing my own research into the unethical legal professionals of Cayuga County, I stumbled upon the case and reach out to the father – Leroy Leubner who provided me with information and gave me permission to go forward and post information about the tragic death of his son and the injustices that happened as a result of the same type of unethical behavior and tactics…being employed by many of the exact same legal professionals. Specifically David P. Elkovitch who represented the mother and serves as a primary public defender within Cayuga County. It is no mistake that I actively sought out Mr. Elkovitch for my own defense in the orchestrated “meat grinder” incident…despite knowing what was likely to happen…which did happen. However, I also knew about Mr. Elkovitch’s previous unethical tactics and behaviors and like the rest of these unethical legal professionals…simply let them be themselves and provide me with additional evidence and documentation for what they were doing. The case on Daniel Leubner is both very sad, however, it’s also very informative in terms of digging into some of the root causes of a corrupt legal system that dates back more than 25 years ago. I assured Mr. Leubner that as I moved forward fighting my own battles and cases, that I would not forget what both he and his son have gone through and I would carry his message with me to the very end, including reposting his files on my website as a historical archive as well as including these files in with my Whistleblower submission as they are very relevant to painting the overall picture of what is going on.

So in reality, Cornell University is not only continuing to support what is being done to me in order for those in the administration to protect themselves from being exposed….they are carrying on a Big Bloody Red tradition in the death of this autistic child that should truly have been prosecuted as a murder. Nice work Mr. Elkovitch in letting the child killer walk free. I hope you sleep well at night Madam President knowing full well this is what you are helping to protect as well.
