Young Professionals Do Not Follow This Model
Feel free to contact Roberta G. Williams who is one of the unethical lawyers responsible for this mess...she can be reached at WHMB PC (https://www.whmblaw.com/the-team).
Feel free to also contact the other lawyer who is involved, Steve Ganetis who works for Johnston Ganetis, PLLC (https://www.johnstonganetis.net/our-team).
The case has been moved yet again to another judge (#5 or #6) and is now under the Honorable Judge Stacey Romeo with court attorney Angela R. Szewczyk.
Hey Young Professionals...I wanted to share a case study with you of what you want to be on the look out for when you start out your professional career. I cannot stress enough that you need to pay attention to the reputation of the business and how the supervisors treat their staff members.
The case study below involves a young professional attorney who had a series of ethical and legal choices to make along the road. You be the judge if you think she was acting ethically and/or within the law.
The attorney involved in this case study is:
Kassidi Roseanna Streeter
11 Court Street
Auburn, NY 13021
Registration Number: 6052443

She is part of the support team for what is happening in Cayuga County, NY.
On June 18, 2024, a report was filed with the Attorney Grievance Committee regarding Attorney Streeter's behavior and actions around professional and ethical conduct.
Attorney Grievance Report on Kassidi Streeter - 2024_06_18_Seventh_Judicial_District_Kassidi_Streeter_Report_Combined.pdf
Considering the report was filed on June 18, 2024...you can probably guess the interpretation from the Attorney Grievance Committee located in Rochester, NY.
I would be really curious to hear what the interpretation of other attorneys, ethical committees members, attorney grievance committee members, and NYS Judges would be on this matter. It appears as though Attorney Streeter attorney registration is up for renewal in a few months as well so it will be interesting to see if New York State renews it.
My questions are:
Should Attorney Streeter's law registration be renewed in light of the report that was submitted to the Attorney Grievance Committee and supporting documentation?
Was there any violation of law upon which Attorney Streeter should be charged?
If you were a supervisor at a law firm and if Attorney Streeter applied for one of your positions...based on the report that was submitted to the Attorney Grievance Committee and supporting documentation...would you hire her?
In your opinion, is there any legal basis to bring a lawsuit against Attorney Streeter?
