The case has been moved yet again to another judge (#5 or #6) and is now under the Honorable Judge Stacey Romeo with court attorney Angela R. Szewczyk.

I am blessed with the fact that I sleep like a baby almost every single night and it has been that way for a very long time, certainly since I quit drinking 3 years ago, 4 months, and 5 days (or 1224 days) ago. During this period of reflection and especially while I have been on the road for the Social Justice Road Trip, I have been putting a significant amount of thoughts into dealing with the ongoing and grotesque cruel and inhumane treatment that I continue to be subjecting to due to corrupt government and unethical legal professionals within Cayuga County, NY and their corrupt cronies at Cornell University.

I have made a good faith effort over almost three (3) years to expose this corruption, the drug dealing, and the ongoing protection of the child molestation ring within Cayuga County, NY. I have submitted reports to various local, state, and federal agencies and have done my best to follow the very convoluted government processes for domestic violence and abuse (yes I am a survivor of this type of ongoing abuse), reporting criminal activities to local law enforcement, state law enforcement, and federal law enforcement it no action being taken other than the disgusting and grotesque ongoing violations of my Constitutional Rights and Civil Liberties with no end in sight.

I have submitted over 400+ files consisting of 1000s of pages of emails, texts, letters, reports, images, etc. to the Office of the NYS Attorney General, as well as to the Attorney Grievance Committees and to Judicial Conduct Commissions. To date, the only person being held accountable for criminal actions that I have not been responsible for…is me…due to the ongoing protection of Boy Wonder and the rest of Sweet, Inc by the corrupt government and unethical legal professionals of Cayuga County, NY and staff at Cornell University and others.

I also continue to be subjected to the unethical court clerks in Cayuga County, NY who will not upload any of my supporting documentation, in part because my paid attorneys were not uploaded this documents and the court clerks were playing games to prevent any supporting information to go into the NYS Court system. It’s hard to show any defense against perjury, contempt, and issuing false written statements, and defamation of character…when none of the supporting evidence and documents are being allowed into the court system. Corruption at its finest!

As such, I have made the decision to publicly disclose all of the information I have provided to the NYS Office of the Attorney Generals, including the reports submitted including:

Guardian Report submitted to Cornell University Office of Institutional Equity and Title IX and staff communications with Catherine Muskin, Sara Hogben, and Samantha Freeburn
Ethicspoint Report submitted to Cornell University Audit Office and staff communications with Alan Canady
Attorney Grievance Committees
Judicial Conduct Commissions
Cayuga County Sheriff Department Report C23C23-17237 filed on December 15, 2023)
Auburn Police Chief Report filed on October 15, 2024
Various letters and memos to my paid attorneys showing they were well informed of what was going on and only worked to bury the evidence I was providing, discredit me, and embark on a concerted effort of defamation of my character.

I have already provided backup copies of the USB sticks with these files to various agencies, including recently the Tompkins County Sheriff Department as well as to a few other individuals. I will upload all of the files to two servers and then will provide access to those file links as well as sharing the document on my Cruel and Inhumane Treatment Outline with linked files.

These files should be of interest to law enforcement, government watchdogs, community activists, and if there are any film producers…there are at least 3-5 different screenplays that could easily be generated from all of that information!

I have said it once before and I will say it again…people are not going to believe what both myself and my mother has been subjected to through this concerted effort of grotesque abuse and cruel and inhumane treatment…however, everybody is going to get to see the full story in a few days…stay tuned!!!
