The case has been moved yet again to another judge (#5 or #6) and is now under the Honorable Judge Stacey Romeo with court attorney Angela R. Szewczyk.
Unfortunately we have reached a point where there are no other options other than to publicly disclose this information so the record can show what both me and my family and friends have been subjected to by the corrupt and unethical legal professionals in Cayuga County, NY and with some help from some of their friends.
I have done my best to reach out to various New York State agencies, law enforcement, and other people, however, there continues to be no ACTION in this matter other than the continuation of the grotesque violation of my Constitutional Rights and Civil Liberties and the continued destruction of my personal and professional life. Therefore, I am making public all of the files I have accumulated over these last three years of my investigation into the corruption of Cayuga County, NY and Sweet, Inc.
While I have shared information with family, friends, coworkers, and the public through my articles and postings, I have never really shared the full extent of the pain and suffering both my mother and I have been subjected to by this cast of characters. There is a drug dealing and trafficking connection between what is going on in Cayuga County, NY and St. Lawrence County, NY.
When I have shared more details about what I have been subjected to for over three years (really five), the people I tell all seem to get this very strange look on their faces like they can’t believe what they are hearing…considering everything else I have going on in my life, including my health issues…which was a big factor in why I was being subjected to all of this…for money I don’t have. The problem is this corruption spiraled out of control despite all of my heeding and warnings…and all the red flags. However, as with any type of corruption, blackmail is involved and a very effective tool that those seeking to bring hate, evil, and chaos to the world because it is like a foundation to an chaotic house that can continue to be built upon and do more and more damage to more people.
When asked how I have managed to get through all of this, the simple answer I give to my friends is…what you are witnessing is true faith at work. That is all I have left at this point…the faith that GOOD will prevail over EVIL and the CHAOS that it brings.
Unfortunately for all of the people who have their fingerprints on the pain and suffering that was inflicted upon both myself and my mother, and so many other people as a result of this insanity…you will indeed reap what you have sown and you will all be rewarded for your efforts in Hell for eternity.

CRUEL AND INHUMAN TREATMENT OUTLINE

The following outline provides a high level overview of the cruel and inhumane treatment that Jerry P. Gordon Jr has endured as a result of his short-lived marriage to Ellen M. Gordon, ex-wife of Christopher S. Sweet.
This short-lived marriage has resulted in numerous patterns of behaviors and tactics of physical, mental, and financial abuses that have endangered the physical and mental well-being of Jerry and has rendered it unsafe and improper for Jerry to remain married or to cohabitate with Ellen. These behavior’s and tactics have also substantially destroyed the happiness and welfare of Jerry in both his personal and professional lives.
This breakdown in marital relations rising to the level of cruel and inhumane treatment are due to Ellen’s encouragement and support of her ex-husband’s, Christopher S. Sweet) harassment and menacing of the family during the time Ellen and Jerry were cohabitating in the same house, as well as Ellen’s continued protection and support of her ex-husband’s drug dealing and other criminal activities, including Ellen and their daughter, Abigail Sweet, knowledge and involvement in these and other criminal activities.

SHORT LENGTH OF MARRIAGE
Short-term length of the marriage
We were married on November 26, 2022 (marriage certificate incorrectly states November 28, 2022), with a prenuptial agreement in place.
Ellen checked herself into rehab on September 25, 2023 and checked out on October 23, 2023.
Jerry moved out on October 29, 2023 due to ongoing physical, mental, and financial abuse.
Ellen was served with divorce papers on the grounds of cruel and inhumane treatment on November 3, 2023.
The divorce proceedings are coming up on 8 months while the marriage only lasted about 11 months before divorce papers were served.
PHYSICAL ABUSE
Continuing to let her ex-husband have free access to the house, including keeping a set of keys long after Ellen and I were married.
Threats to physical and mental safety due to her alcohol abuse and mental violence
Getting thrown out of the house repeatedly (4 times and voluntarily leaving on the 5th time since 2020)
Ellen has threatened to “destroy my Cornell reputation”
